Our hire car was deliberately vandalised at this hotel in the parking lot. We were uncomfortable with leaving our keys at reception but reluctantly agreed to it after they assured us that nothing will happen to our car. We stayed for two days and on the morning of the third day we found elaborate scratch marks (keyed mark's) on the bonnet of our car. The woman at reception couldn't have cared less. Do not stay here if you have driven!!! We have now lost an extra 300 pounds in our hire car bond to stay two nights in a below standard hotel that didn't even service our room on the second day. Stay away!!!

Good location just outside the centre bus close by but only 20 minutes walk to Princess St., free parking. Lovely room overlooking the garden. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were large, the bathroom was nicely finished, and the location was great. There was ample parking available and could fit the larger car we had rented. The restaurant staff was friendly and the continental breakfasts were well stocked and we'll worth the £5.

In a beautiful superior king room on the main floor. Gorgeous refinished bathrooms, comfy bed. Feels luxurious and chic! Had the continental breakfast for £5 today which was a nice selection of yogurt, cereals, home made tasting granola, toast, fresh croissants and juice and coffee. Easy as it's just downstairs. Parking is a bit complicated but they are very helpful about it. I can see 10 spots out front and they have to double park some people. So they carefully plan who will need their car when and may ask you to leave keys at the front so they can move it if needed. Didn't affect us though as once we were for for 4 days... Didn't plan to take the car out until we left. Our room also has a window that slides up for access to the garden. Room was quite warm, more than to our liking, so we had to open the window for a few hours to cool it down. Overall very happy and would choose this again. A bit off the main street, but easily in walking distance and only a few quid taxi ride if needed. Staff is super friendly.
