It isn't open on Saturday. This is the only day my husband can get there as he works away in the week. For such a big organisation you'd think they could afford to pay staff for weekends. This is the only bank in Dover which is shut. Perhaps if the thieves in charge of the organisation stopped creaming off all the profits and ruining the country's finances, they could plough money into giving their ripped off customers some kind of decent service. I think they forget we own them.

Excellent service for a big bank. Not always obvious to get information so only 4 stars rated.
