Disgusting service, total waste of time the manager of the branch is a liar, sends out cars that he knows full well are not fit to be driven , the guys who turn up try to get you to sign quickly and refuse to log any damage to the cars theyhave your card details and WILL take money without your knowledge only reason I have put 1 star was to post this review PLEASE STAY CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT NOTHING BUT LIES , TROUBLE , AND YOUR MONEY TAKEN FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT !!!!!!

They've made a complete mess of my reservation. I reserved over a month ago to be delivered to my address. This morning I got an email to say that the pickup point was Dover. On the website my reservation shows the delivery point as my address, but the price is reduced due to them not delivering it. I called them and at their call centre it stills shows up as being delivered to my address at the full price. So now I've got no idea what's going on. Do I go down to Dover to collect it, or are they delivering it? Utterly hopeless.

Vehicles tend to be slightly more expensive than other options in Dover but there is a good choice of cars and vans.

Very poor customer service. When picking up the car, I had to wait for 20 minutes before anyone even came to see us, we wondered if they were even meant to be open. Then another 10 minutes before we could even start processing the rental agreement. When dropping off the car, I again waited 15 minutes before anyone saw me, and all this while there seem to be 2 or 3 people out the back not bothering to come and help. Very poor. I even waited 20 minutes on the phone to them trying to get my sunglasses which I'd left in the car, before anyone even answered the phone! Absolute shambles. I strongly recommend anywhere else.
