In my experience this is a very good veterinary center with excellent equipment and knowledgeable vets.

Sad really all the bad reviews relate to charging or price. VET's are professional people who are highly skilled. This group specialise in sectors other vets don't touch. Thank god they exist. They have an interest in one thing, providing the best service and actually care about animals. I noticed they had a Blue Cross facility within them, a charity. I was so impressed when I took my daughters dog in for Collie eye anomaly I wanted those less fortunate than me to have a chance that this group would take care of their animal so now I subscribe a regular a mount each month. In my opinion If you have an animal expect it to cost you in medical care. If your not prepared to pay it don't have an animal in the first place. Medical costs, animal or human are expensive due to the skills needed, expect to pay for those skills and stop whinging about the price. This vet practice, given it's excellence is definitely within a competitive range, it might not be the cheapest but it's definitely not extortionate. I personally, find them no more expensive than my local vet, which is the chain vets for pets. In summary these vets are a god send particularly if your animal has something out of the norm and I would definitely recommend them.

Charged almost £400 for an oviarectomy for my dog Jessie, then told there was still £9 to settle for pain killers missed off the original bill. Queried it, given the amount I'd spent with them together with various items from the shop and was told the manager would call me. I never received a call just repeated statements. Eventually paid the balance out of frustration and sent in a letter of complaint - they never even bothered to reply! I think this company cares more about it's marketing awards, which are proudly displayed in reception, than it's customers! State of the art facilities but dreadful customer service - be warned!
