Okay so let me tell you about the worst takeaway experience of my life.
Firstly the food arrived in 10 minutes (not sure how it was so quick as its 5 minutes commute according to google).
We grab the food and the driver walks off, we open the bag and there's mint sauces drenched on chicken wings, chips covered in some sauce that unidentifiable, kebab was dry with no sauce, we also didn't receive the small Pepsi included in the chicken deal. At this point you're probably thinking "so, just ring up and explain the mix up". Well we did, my colleague firstly rang the driver and explained the mix up and all we asked for was for the chicken wings to be replaced as we originally requested. Over the phone he raised his voice and told us we were wrong, he then said "We don't have any more wings left and I haven't got time for this" Some way to treat a guest who contributes to your living wage.
So then we rang the takeaway directly and he got even louder with us stating over the phone that we got what we ordered (clearly not what was described) over the phone he swore at my female colleague and said "F-off" again some way to treat your paying customers. We simply said "We'll be in touch with just eat" and hung up. So here we are at work with this vile food, we are both hungry so give it a go. After 5 minutes it was all in the bin.
On a drunken night out smashed out of my face I think I'd still find it horrible, I wouldn't even feed the 'Food' to my dog it was so poor. But beyond everything the biggest disappointment was the customer service, I didn't ring up demanding a refund or anything I was happy paying £20 for food that I expected to be editable, I didn't expect to be sworn at and to be told to F*** O**... The customer service is a joke and I'd NEVER order again.
To any and everyone still reading this much into the review stay away from this takeaway as the people treat you like absolute S***, but I suppose that's what you expect when the food is equally as bad.

Wouldn't even give this a one star.rang for delivery most ignorant customer service ever. Wouldn't recommend and not even had food from there!!!! Totally disgusting

Grotesque.
I ordered three pizzas and requested absolutely NO MUSHROOMS- but what do I receive? Only a nice pizza graciously sprinkled with mushrooms. Now, as I am HORRIBLY allergic to mushrooms, I have now ordered AND paid for three pizza's ONE CANNOT EAT.
To top that all off, when my boyfriend and I attempted to call and reach some kind of middle ground with the 'Pizza hot & chicken' people, they denied the fact that they'd even received an order from us, let alone delivered to us.
Now, I do not know what kind of establishment they are attempting to run- but I will not be touching their pizza's with a ten foot poll next time.
