Went to a wedding reception.
On dear! The buffet was poor and the man putting the trays of food on the table was wearing the dirtiest track bottoms I have ever seen.
I can't believe that the manager or someone else in charge let him be seen in that state.
On the up side though, the disc jockey was great.

Good place to stay.. but definitely not as a business traveler. I recognize efforts put on service and food quality, but time wasted and minutes lost are not acceptable... Approximately one hour and a half to take dinner (of which 50min waiting/ordering/paying), it even took me more than 1h to order a dessert through the room service. Bottom line: avoid this hotel in case of time constraints. At least, beds are confortable and personal is nice

I went to the Hallmark hotel for afternoon tea with a friend. There was a lovely atmosphere and the staff were friendly and helpful. We were told the cakes and scones were all made on site and you could tell, they were absolutely amazing, just disappointed I didn't have a double helping. I would definitely go again.

This is my favourite hotel. It's very classic and the staff are friendly. It can be a bit on the dear side but if you can get good deal, I would highly recommend it. There is free parking and a kitchen, bar and restaurant. The beds are comfy. The pillows are a bit in the thin side for me but they happily provide you with extra pillows and fresh towel.

Went for afternoon tea. Not the best I have had. Cakes were a little thin. Scones were lovely with plenty of jam and cream. Sandwiches were fresh but dull. No choice of tea offered. No table linen or China cups here. Staff were helpful. Hotel was clean, a lovely outdoor seating area out the back.
