Extremely disappointed, very slow service. Manager was extremely rude.
Arrived for the bunch menu that states kids eat free, when ordering was told that this didn’t mean what it says and kids can have 3 ‘extras’ which meant I had to pay full price for a kids breakfast that should be free.
When querying this with the manager I said the menu was misleading and he said it may be but it would cost ‘millions’ to change the menu in all stores.
When the food finally came it was dry and tasteless.
Will not be coming back.

Went here today for lunch. Was told to wait and read the menu at the door. Seated 5 minutes later. Ordered drinks and waited 20 minutes for them. Then food came out one with hair in the cheese so sent back the other was a wrap that was so wet and oily. One with no pulled pork in it. Sent back then got told the don't cook with oil and it was the sauce. I then ordered a chicken burger which wasn't much better. Got the bill and still wanted to charge for all of the food. Not a good experience here whatsoever. Used to be really nice in here

Was very expensive for the quality of the food. Service was slow considering it was not very busy. Will not go there again

My entire group was frustrated by the time we left 3 hours later. We had a waitress who made every effort to accommodate us but it seemed that her coworkers were terrible at communicating or respecting each other. Other waiters would come by and try to take our orders after she already had, they did this multiple times and pouted about it. We waited forever for our food because we ordered some appetizers as entrees. We were assured it would not be a problem. There must have been a miscommunication. We were two hours in by the time the last plates arrived. Our drinks were very weak but we were too tired of being there to ask to fix it. We asked if we should order on separate tickets from the beginning or split later, split later they said, no problem. She goes to split the ticket and one of the pushy waiters comes by takes the receipt from her and says we don't have time for this. She leaves understandably and we then all get to enjoy his angst. He pulls out his phone to split the bill on his calculator, then shoves the card reader in our face and taps his foot like a petulant child. He does this for each of our three checks. We're ready to leave and he's practically shoving us so we walk out before we realize he definitely charged us wrong. My google maps app had already prompted me to review my experience at Chiquito so we call it even and start our long drive home already hungry again from the okay meal but sure as hell not eating here again.

First time at a Chiquito and I'm happy to say I'll try another. Had a good meal with good service in a clean restaurant. Really couldn't ask for more for the price
