Very good all round hotel, usually has rooms last minute, just wish it was a bit cheaper!

I spent a night at the Dragonfly hotel this week (not my first stay) and could not be more happy with the service I had received!! I had arrived with my partner to a lovely, smiling gentleman that really knew what he was doing and I could see he was working very hard on his night shift. He directed us to our beautiful, extremely well priced room. The room was so clean and nicely set out. When we'd come down the next morning to check out we were greeted by two lovely ladies who when we'd finished, wished us a great day. Later that day I realised I'd left two of my rings in the hotel. I rang up and the lady on the end of the phone was excellent!! More than happy to post them to me!
I highly recommend this hotel! If you want outstanding customer service and clean and tidy rooms.

Good service and food and economical. First night was spoiled by fire alarms being set off by someone leading to the fire service being called after midnight. Alarm also went off at 7am so a pretty disturbed night! The hotel was a work in progress with much building work going on and the few staff are doing their best to cope. Small things such as lack of feather pillows and a very basic bar need attention but there is great potential here.
