Ordered three meals on a busy Saturday afternoon, all were bland and didn't taste of anything, as was the salad bar. Wait staff were very pleasant and took the criticism well, duty manager came over to apologise and offered reconciliation.

Had a wonderful breakfast here on Sunday. The food is good, waitresses can't do enough for you, they don't rush you. They open at 8 last orders at 11:30. Good value for money.

Really good service from Kirsty shame the food was not as good quality.
Maybe too busy as was pretty full on a Friday evening. Steaks not cooked as ordered and quite fatty chips been cooked several times and soggy onion rings topped it off.

Ok so this is obviously a chain experience but my thoughts would be: excellent vfm, very tasty food (veggie options!) and good service. No way deeply characterful but a safe bet if you need victuals in this area. Certainly family friendly too
