Really lovely studio. Amazing, highly qualified instructors who look after everyone individually and adapt exercise as needed. Class sizes are small and the space is calm and beautiful. A world away from stressful huge group classes at the gym or village hall! Would recommend.

Love this place. The best workout with incredibly intelligent instructors who give continuous personalised adjustments throughout the class. Plentiful parking, juice bar and gorgeous staff.

Fabulous Pilates and Yoga studio. It's sited in a central location, with plenty of parking in the vicinity, and the studio itself feels like a little oasis - calm but spacious, with a break out area and honesty box for fresh juices and coffee. Classes to suit all levels and abilities, and at various times so no one need feel left out. The teachers are some of the best in the county, so you'll be in safe hands, indeed I wouldn't go anywhere else!
