I've been going to the vets for many years, they offer a loving service with a team that definitely care not only for your animals but for their customers.

Poor service, caring has been taken over by money and business. Rang for a repeat prescription on Friday told would be ready Monday, left it till afternoon to pick it up. Waited 20 minutes while receptionist tried to sort tablets kept coming out looking at computer screen then went back behind trying to find tablets, at reception phone ringing constantly while 2 receptionist we're dealing with patients. Eventually got tablets and told out of stock of all the blood pressure tablets I needed was given a note to go back and collect at end of week got home checked tablets and been given tablets that say on bottle splittable these are not the same as I had before and tablets are the size of a sweetener. Rang back vets and been told I've got wrong tablets she thinks but to go into tomorrow and vet will check them (more inconvenience). Have been at this practise for over 20 years but will be looking at changing in the near future.

All our animals from rabbits, guineapigs and dogs have all been loved and looked after by the excellent staff at this vets. The care of the animals has always come before the profit and that we love you for. Thank you for all you have done and all the Continued support you are still giving us. You are all brilliant the best

Excellent care of our dog for the last three years since we became her owners. Nothing is too much trouble and their pet health scheme helps spread the cost of veterinary care on a monthly basis.

Our puppy Tizzie broke her toe and the care we have received on each visit has been so caring and friendly. All the staff we have met have been very friendly and helpful to us and gentle and knowlegeable with Tizzie. Pleased to say that Tizzie is making an excellent recovery. Happy to recommend everyone at Lucas Vets.
