We were talked into doing the monthly direct debit scheme to spread the cost for injections, flea and worming which would supposedly save us money. Our bank cancelled our direct debits a month before the year had ended and the vets cancelled our discounts. Terrible service and refused to allow us to pay the last month. Very angry with how we have been treated

We can highly recommend Matthew as orthopaedic surgeon. He did all he could to keep our very anxious and very big German Shepherd relaxed and the treatment was totally successful. Hope we don't need such treatment again, but would have no hesitation in returning should the need arise.
