I’ve been a client of LaVern for the past 8 years even when they were based in Hotwells. In all those past years I had an amazing experience of being looked after, pampered and cut so professionally well, that my friends always complement me on my hairstyle.
The staff is always friendly, polite and attentive.
I came to think nowadays that I would more likely cheat on my husband than I change my hairdresser (dear husband, if you are reading it - it is a french joke).
The salon relocation to Marriott hotel was a great success and the bonus of free parking makes my visit even more pleasant.
I would certainly and undoubtedly would recommend this place to anyone.
