I'm normally totally bewildered by all of this stuff (my beauty regime consists of sometimes bothering to shave) but I wanted to get my girlfriend something nice as a treat. When I came in, probably looking pretty lost, the staff were really friendly and helpful, and talked me through all the different kinds of treatment they offer. Unfortunately I was totally hopeless and had no idea what she'd like, so in the end I just got her a voucher and let her decide! She went in to get her nails done in the end and said it was great and she'd definitely be going back.

I left my phone number on their web page and had phone call from a consultant the next day. She booked for me consultation followed by a treatment (cheek fillers). When I arrived I was told they don't do it.
Make sure your staff knows what treatments you offer!
The doctor said he will waive the consultation charge for me. I just wonder what charge? First of all I was not told its chargeable, second charge for a consultation about treatment you don't offer? telling me you don't do it you call consultation? Are you actually serious?

Highly recommended! I'm new to laser hair removal, but after a consultation any worries I had were put to rest. The staff were very friendly and experienced, and my course of treatments was excellent value for money. It's also in a perfect location for me to pop in after work, or even on my lunch break. I'll definitely be back to try out some of the other treatments!
