Really disappointed with this hotel, paid quite a bit for a two night stay in a superior double (nothing superior about it).
Could have got the same quality for a cheaper price elsewhere.
Wish I had chosen another hotel for a slightly higher price.
Advertisements on their website about what facilities are in the room differ to what is actually in the room.
To sum it up, the room was like a bigger version of travel lodge but the higher price of a four star...?
Would not recommend or come again.

The room did not feel catered to two people - for example the bathroom door was see-through and blocked absolutely no sound whatsoever. No complementary water or ice and the advertisement for the room was nothing like what we actually received. Breakfast was the one highlight but the food in general was very below par, especially for the price. Also took a very long time to get towels/toiletries replaced which we even had to request by phone. Very disappointing for a '4 star experience' and did not stand up at all compared to similar hotels in the same price range. .

Nice hotel! I guess the room are a little bit old fashioned, they would need a do-over. But the hotel itself is quite nice. The rooms are large enough and they have a couch. There is a gym, a sauna and a steam room which was very surprising. The breakfast is really nice. You get a wide selection of fruit, British dishes, cereal, etc.

Comfortable accommodation and staff pleasant. Breakfast amazing. However, water not hot enough, bath very small. I am 5 feet tall and weigh 50 kilos and could only just fit in. Plug fitting in bath was loose. Car park exit card did not work easily.

Reception staff excellent - best check in we have ever had. Rooms clean if a little jaded. Got a good nights sleep despite having room facing main road. Husband went to try sauna next morning and felt our microwave gave off more steam. Where Novotel excels over Premier is in their breakfast offering. Very impressive for the price. Restaurant and lobby areas great. Prices for room service a little high but aren't they always. Our room info booklet had men's genitals drawn all over it - much to the amusement of our teenage kids!
