Queue to the door of people waiting for food. Radio blaring out at a ridiculously high volume presumably so the one member of staff running a till can't hear people complaining about the abysmal service. Items missing from our order. Like other reviewers I'm left wondering how this place still operates.

KFC hengrove today,
Totally disgusting and the worst KFC ever, cannot believe how they can continue to open for service.
Total lack of customer service, one girl serving was yawning and slumping about on the counter, rolling her eyes at the people she was serving.!!!
Thankfully she didn't Serve me as I seriously would of considered asking her why the hell she even considers getting up for work in the morning, my advice would be to stay at home.
My order was taking promptly by a young lad who could only offer cold drinks as the hot drink machine was broken, I then waited with a que of people for atleast ten minutes before asking what was going on with the order. The young chap said they were waiting for the chicken to cook..!!! Chicken to cook, shouldn't it be ready to go..!!! This is meant to be a fast food service..?
Continued to wait along with a growing number of people.
Why does the management not manage this chain, it's ridiculous. I vow never to eat there again as it is completely diabolical and full of people who don't actually want to be there or even give a damn about customer service.
My advice to the public is STAY AWAY from this KFC... it's not finger licking good, it's cold by the time you get it and it's like watching paint dry waiting for the staff to get your order sorted..!!!!

Been 3 times and EVERY TIME they mess up the order. Missing items from the meal deals, wrong sauces. USELESS, USELESS, USELESS.
25 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU!!!!!!! Fast food? Would have been quicker to drive 2 miles to Winterstoke Road, get served there and drive back!
