Terrible service, waited after the meal for the desert menu then 20 mins for hot chocolates and again no one was there to issue our bill. We had to ask a separate server who wasn't very friendly because ours was rushed off her feet. The food was okay.

Food is pretty decent but nothing special. But the service is really terrible. It takes ages to order, then ages for the food to arrive and then ages to get the bill. It is a pretty chill atmosphere and cool decor just wish they could improve the service.

I'm not one for writing bad reviews but we had a disappointing meal and experience at giraffe. The service was really poor as at twelve the staff were having what looked like some kind of meeting whilst customers were waiting to be served and setted. The food was poor for what we paid. Never again. Over priced bad service
