In my experience all the receptionist are very helpfull,likewise the doctors are very approachable and do their best to put you at ease,and I have been with the practice for many years.When my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer in 2008,eveyone was so helpfull,and remarked to me what a lovely man he was,in particular Dr Alexander helped me through his illness and when he passed away only weeks later.I think you should treat people with respect and you are rewarded by receiving the same respect.This has always been my experience at the wedmore practice.Thank you.
