Great place ! sadly our Paddy had to be put to sleep today , we are all devastated but his care up until and at the time were excellent ! thank you to all of the staff for helping him to pass away peacefully ! he was a beautiful little character and very dearly loved ! thank you all XX

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Surgery has initiatives like "Healthy Pet Club" which helps reduce the cost of vet bills.

I wanted to write this review to say a huge thank you to all the lovely staff at Southdowns for all of their help and support in the really difficult time when our Border Terrier Trevor was so unwell. We had to take him to the emergency practice in Brighton after hours as he was so sick and they gave him treatment and kept us constantly informed of his condition, he was then moved back to the hove branch were he had an operation to remove a stone from his stomach and again received amazing care from start to finish! Thank you all so much for saving our little dog we will be forever great full for everything you did xx
