I would like to thank Matt Jenny and the nursing staff in the intensive care unit. They did all that they could for our three year old black Labrador Jett. Sadly however after we took him to Queen Mother Royal Veterinary College Hertfordshire they fought for two long days to help him but it was not to be and with our agreement he was put to sleep at about 1.30 am on 15th October 2017.

Thank you again for all you did for Jett.

it took 11 hours to make a blood test and a ultrasound, called few times to ask what was going on, nobody could help me, super expensive bill + 5£ fee for filling the insurance form (it took 3 weeks from them, obviously a very heavy task), and super poor explanation of my dog issue.
I'm really not sure if is the service I want !

Had my older cat neutered with them, the operation was quick and easy, and it was clear the staff really enjoyed what they did for a living. Would definitely recommend them in the future.

My kitten has been poorly twice now. The level of care at Coastway is fantastic and a massive plus is that they do their own out of hours service. As for treatments, they do not carry out unnecessary procedures even though they could as they know my kitten is insured and money is no object but they look out for the animals welfare first. Customer care is perfect, especially Jenny. I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else and we did go more local at first before we found Coastway when we needed out of hours service.

I am so grateful to the vets at Coastway and to the lovely staff for their kindness and helpfulness - on many occasions! Just recently my Springer Spaniel has managed to slice herself twice on her legs -possibly on barbed wire, resulting in nasty gashes on her legs. In both instances the vets were concerned to minimise the cost for me considering staples rather than anaesthetic and stitches - as one of these happened on a bank holiday that definitely helped.

They were kind, caring and efficient and went out of their way (special thanks to Paul) to help my dog. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
