Excellent rooms, why this isn't a 5 star hotel, I do not know. We were extremely welcomed on our arrival, treated like prices of the Ibis, kings even. The receptionist Florence should be highly praised, shed had both exceptional typing skills and dashing good looks. We would definitely recommend a stay in this high quality establishment.

Easy to find. It is on a major roadway so it's noisy but I knew that before booking so that's on me. Staff were fantastic and very friendly. Would definitely stay again

This is a budget hotel and the room design and view emphasise this. The three types of room are on different floors so if you are staying as a family with twin and double mixes you won't be able to be together.
The austerity of the rooms is underlined by the way they have used a "wood chip" effect wall covering, the minimalist bathroom and clothes hanging facilities and the unpleasant choice of door and wall colours.
The room looked clean enough whilst shower looked even cleaner, making this the highlight of the room.

It's basic, but it's clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and welcoming - and it doesn't cost very much.
OK, so the wardrobe is a post protruding from the wall equipped with four coat hangers and there's no tea/coffee making facilities. There's no drawers, so clothes storage is compromised. However, it's on-suite and the shower is fine.
The main plus point is that it costs the same as the small fleapit hotels that get horrible reviews for being dirty and having rude staff, but it is clean, comfortable and friendly.

Service was good and the room was reasonable, clean and well presented. Not tonnes of mod cons, but it is a budget hotel after all. Overall I'd say good value for money. Location is pretty good. Right near a big shopping estate and 15 minute walk from train station. Only 15 minute walk to Life Church Bradford too!
