AVOID This practice is purely money motivated. They employ Eastern European vets who have not trained to a British standard (cheap vets more profit for this company). Unable to diagnose a illness give you tablets, that don't work you go back 2 weeks later and get charged the consultation fee again and pay for a different course of treatment that still does not work.

I have only given it one star because there is no option for 0 stars.....went here for some calming capsules for my dog because of fireworks. ...sold me 28 zylkene 225 mg capsules for £56.18 ....anyway got to work and checked on line ....same capsules but a quantity of 30 costing £21.99... £34.00 cheaper and 2 capsules more.....took my expensive capsules back today less than 24 hours after purchase only to be told we don't know how you have stored them so we won't refund you......... please be very careful if you use these robbers. ..make sure you question anything your not happy with.

Very clean and staff are lovely. But if you have a long term problem with your animal they don't help much with cost. Very caring though x

My recent experience put me off. I have took there one of my cat was not feeling well. They have changed me £93. The treatment they've given to my cat was 100% useless. The eye drop they trying to give my cat basically was for human use only and nothing says on the pack if that is suitable for animals eyes or not and the funny thing was through passing me that product they were force me to sign on the paper that they are not responsible what they are prescribe to my cat. I refuse to take that product .... My cat is even more sick after had an injection I am not saying that they are bad but some of there staff does not know what they are doing. And its to dangerous to take risk about your love one.its not first time before it happens that Booked my appointment on the phone rush my self from work to attend that went there nothing was on thier system... even i did booked that before. They crazy staff saw that i am carrying kitten told me to re booked and cant promise if they will see my cat or not as nothing was on there system event sometime they let you wait an hours of time to attend your appointment. In simple words they ripped me off my cats health is the same now definitely going to change my other cats as well.. never ever again to this vet again
