Absolutely awful experience last night. After being regular customers we were called bare face liars and was told to F*** o** before having the phone put down on us.
A few weeks ago we had a chinese and they forgot the chips off our order, which we had paid for. The lady said im not bringing it out to you now, you can have it next time. Which i felt quite rude but agreed. Last night, still no chips! After a phonecall previous to my order reminding her and her agreeing to the chips as well as a free curry. Well we had no chips and no free curry. And an extremely rude lady who was adament that we 'were lying to get free things'. She refused to come and collect our food, and refused to give us a refund. Royal palace you have just lost a regular customer!!
