Not the most eficient Natwest branch, quite busy due to its location even outside peak hours. During lunchtimes it can be a joke, 20 minutes is usual to be served. Limited parking outside. Staff are a bit of a mixed bag, some more helpful than others. The bank itself seems quite cramped and dark. Not my favourite place in the world.

its a bank , what do you expect, system likes crashing, natwest just always seem to have issues but never it your favour...do yourself a favour go across the road enter nationwide and open up an account much better.

Staff are polite and friendly enough, however the branch is regularly understaffed and you can expect to wait between 10-15 minutes to speak with a cashier.
