A delightful meal as part of a business function in their private dining room. All three courses were very well prepared, fresh, warm and well presented. Service was inconspicuous and friendly.

The room is better than most other hotels and the twin rooms are all two double beds. The staff are always excellent. The only issue I ever have is the prices for drinks and food.

Lovely hotel queen club room is spacious with lovely bathroom. Paid extra for the club lounge but wasn't worth it. Lacked atmosphere. Good service at the hotel

Hotel fine, nothing special, but reasonably close to city centre. Let us bring our dog for £10, though been placed on the 5th floor and a long way from any grass wasn't ideal. Breakfast was nice, usual mix of cooked and continental items to help yourself to, have a good sized put of decent coffee. Big downside was the noise from other guests. Forgot what a city centre on a Saturday night was like, room down the hall kept us awake from 1.30 to 5am.... Not amused.

Ticked most of the boxes. Large clean room as always, nicely decorated. The only downsides are the shower head being slightly loose and the iron in room had a lot of build up on the base from previously burnt items. Not big issues but don't feel a room of this price should have issues like this.
