I loved staying here! I’m unsure whether I’d stay again in the future due to the below.
The lighting in the room is poor. It’s impossible to get ready or do make up in that room. The lights in the bathroom are on the ceiling so when you look in the mirror above the sink you can’t actually see yourself properly. The same goes for the lights in the bedroom. The only good light is the cube near the bed but unfortunately there is no mirror near there so it proves to be useless.
My suggestion is a LED wall light somewhere by a mirror. I know it seems like a minor issue but it would make me change my mind from a maybe to a definite yes at the prospect of staying there again. It’s a shame because all the other light features are great (the dimming lights, purple light).
Everything else was perfect :)

The air conditioning was working if you only wanted cold air. Noise from occupant/s of room above and whilst I was advised that the car parking was only £6 I was charged £7.50. No hangers in the wet room to hang a towel etc. Otherwise clean and cozily efficient. Does the job. Would like to see snacks being offered for sale in the hotel foyer. Also please the toiletry products to include less body harmful chemicals - I am still itching because of the provided shower gel.

The website was easy to use. The check-in was efficient and the receptionist was helpful. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower was effective in the morning. All around, everything that you would want from an overnight stop, with the added bonus that it was very reasonably priced! Thank you.

Absolutely brilliant, great front desk staff - polite, helpful. Small but well designed room which was perfect for a short stay. Super comfortable bed and excellent wet room/toilet. Ironing room on the ground floor if needed, coffee/tea machine in reception serving great drinks for £1. And...discount at all the local restaurants. St Pauls square just 2 minutes walk away with a great selection of restaurants and entertainment. Great for a short stay, wish there was one in London!!

Easy to get to from the train station. Trams close by to get into the city centre at just £1 a time. Very modern, the room was perfect for a stay while visiting Birmingham for the two of us. Lost our key card once and was replaced within seconds, very helpful. Only problem was the shower soaked everything when on, and in the morning we could hear the cleaners outside in the hallway. But apart from that, we had a amazing stay, and would definitely recommend and return.
