Nice rooms, convenient location, walking distance to everything. Only complaint is parking. It’s not easy to find.

Rooms are spacious, clean and have a big bathroom. Staff overall was great, and the place is walking distance from restaurants, bus station and City center. The do have a small gym in case you want to work out and the restaurant food is very good. Buffet breakfast has a good variety of things to choose from.

Had a lovely stay here. Room very comfortable with huge bed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great.
Very handy for train and bus.

Great hotel with good clean rooms. Centralized air-conditioning is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Beds are very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast buffet options but extremely poor choices for vegetarians. Also the breakfast menu is the same each day which I did not really appreciate. Also they don't provide complementary water bottle in rooms which is bad. For every room service order, the hotel charges a heavy fees which is not resonable, however the staff always specify it so you may not be in shock later after getting the bill. Location is excellent, a 2 mins walk from Europa bus stand and The great Victoria train station. Very easy to get public transport to various parts of city.

Nice and clean rooms with all amenities and good service. Good breakfast options and also diner options at oakwood restaurant located inside the hotel. Located just walking from all main sites and is in the town centre. Bus to any airport from Europa bus station which is just road cross.
