Staff are very nice I must say the place can get busy but not too bad. There a ramp for people in wheelchairs. Is quite expensive though, but it's worth it

Fantastic place to work or just relax, very friendly staff. Also great to sit outside in the good weather.

Lovely atmosphere, great for meeting up with friends, a business meeting, or just chilling over a coffee. I've used it a few times for work i.e. using a laptop and writing reports, and as long as you bring headphones (to block out general coffee shop noise), it's perfect.

Had a hot chocolate with cream- it rated as one of the worst I've had in a "international" coffee shop! It tasted grainy, watery, and horrible. The one I had in the Costa in City Hospital was soo much better.
Don't think I'll waste my money there again 😂
