Since you own Rogart Vet's in Rogart Sutherland this may be of interest.
When a customer sits 40 Mins waiting after the booked appointment time, for the vet to finish a consultation which he'd been doing for 40 minutes customers get a bit annoyed.
I was on time as I can manage my time efficiency unlike your vet.
I shall be using another veterinary practice with my 3 dogs as this isn't the first time this has happened.

We sold to IVC nearly 3 years ago and have not looked back. Working as a Clinical Director for IVC is like owning your own practice in terms of local decision making but with a huge support network in the background, from marketing through to accounts. This enables me to concentrate on running the practice knowing I've got the expertise of others to call on when needed. It's great to work for a company who are prepared to invest in the future of our profession and who keep our patients and clients at the heart of what we do.

Independent vet care - does exactly what it says on the tin. Supportive head office and regional team enabling us to run the practice and make decisions locally. Loads of opportunities, CPD and projects to get involved in. Very happy with my career within this company.
