The staff at Ashman Jones always give their utmost when caring for our pets. It is clear how passionate they are about giving the best care and treatment for the animals as well as helping to put the owners at ease. Highly recommended.

We moved to Ashman Jones a year ago having become increasingly dissatisfied with our previous vets who simply could not cope with our terribly scared and nervous Collie. They have been wonderful both with him and our other dogs who are all fine with going to the vets! We are never pushed treatments, we always see the same vets and their level of service and personal care is second to none. I would thoroughly recommend them as the only vets to see in Bath.

Examined my dog on a Saturday. Said it was cystitis. Didn't give antibiotics on the day, even though I asked for them. Was given just anti inflammatory and some supplements. The dog suffered further. Had to take her again next Monday evening. Eventually my dog was given antibiotics. As a result- the dog suffered over the weekend, as antibiotics were not given on the first examination. Stay away.
