Really liked this place. The owners/landlords make a massive effort to make you feel welcome and they really are doing everything you could possibly think of to make this place a success. Friendly service, good food, live music and a lovely interior. Definitely worth a visit.

It's clean. Well furnished. Clean toilets. Comfortable. Great function room upstairs with bar. Great for private parties. Outside catering is allowed.

A recent addition to the Cask-Marque Ale Trail and deservingly so. Already a clean well managed establishment serving 5 real ales, Roses Cider and sometimes the very strong Old Rosey. A modest wine list, priced mid-range.
The menu includes some original vegetarian options (no Sunday roast at time of writing, but watch this space)
Dog friendly. Limited street parking, but you could get lucky.
