Boxersize is a fun, high intensity work out. Each week is different and Steph is great at matching newbies with experienced class goers so that everyone gets the best out their work out. I recommend this class to anyone who enjoys a challenge!

Steph is a friendly and approachable trainer who gives an amazing workout. She pushes you to your limits whilst being encouraging and entertaining! It's tough but worth it!

Steph runs an accessible and hassle-free class. Sessions are hard work but there is no pressure to go beyond your capacity or ability. I always leave feeling like I've paid for the best workout I could hope for in an hour. She also attracts a bunch of friendly people and sessions are motivating, relaxed and fun - if a bit knackering!

Every week is different, that's why I've been going for so long and make it part of my week.
Steph pushes everyone but in a way that is fun and friendly and the feeling of warming down knowing you've been to your own personal limit (if you want that) is great. Well done Steph for a brilliant workout.

Steph is an absolutely amazing trainer. She will make you work hard and push you but she always does it in the most friendly way. You will love her for the results and her great personality. The class is a great full-body workout and Steph makes sure that you know your correct technique. I went to try it out nearly 2 years ago and have been training ever since with her. 5 stars.
