I had the opportunity to use the services of Auxillis just seven days after my daughter passed her test and was hit from behind whilst stationery at traffic lights. Auxillis were great, a courtesy car was delivered and our wreck was collected, assessed and a payment received from the third party all in around two weeks. They also offer an additional protection charge on the courtesy car of around £50 (at time of writing), this is for any accident you may have in the borrowed vehicle. It is non compulsory and is likely to be cheaper than your agreed insurance excess. Very friendly staff on the phone and they give you a log in account to see the progress online of your vehicle repair status.
I hope we never have cause to use the service again, but if such an occasion arise again in the future, I would be happy for Admiral and Auxillis to handle any claim.
Well done Auxillis, particular credit to all I spoke to personally and exchanged emails with; professional, prompt and pleasant.

Our insurance company put us in touch with Auxillis after our accident - they were brilliant from start to finish. We were travelling from Ayrshire to Kent visiting family however a hire car was already arranged by the time we got to our destination and arrangements were also made for a car to be picked up by recovery and taken to their base to wait for it to be collected to be returned to our home in Scotland for repairs. We were able to go and empty our car at their Glasgow depot (as it was a shock to hear it could not be repaired) Our hire car although delivered to us in Kent was able to be returned in Scotland. As our car was a write off we were able to keep the hire car until we had sorted another car for ourselves. When everything was sorted they collected the hire car. Always helpful if we had to contact them. Very good service - thank you

As someone who had not had an insurance claim for many years I cannot praise Auxillis highly enough. They assisted me step by step. Provided me with a hire car which was clean and well maintained. If I had any queries they responded quickly and efficienctly (no hanging on for ten minutes on hold).
Auxillis is a great company providing a good and efficient service. If I ever need to make a claim in the future I would have no hesitation in using them again.

Amazing company, it's very rare these days to find a company that really understands the meaning of what great customer services is all about.

I was put at ease from the moment I used them after my accident until the hire car was returned. All
members of staff, from the telephone customer operator to the car delivery driver were very polite. I was talked through everything I needed to know.

Hire car delivered clean and full of fuel ready to use. Even when my accident repair shop needed more time, Auxillis obliged this delay.

Very easy to talk to and great customer service.
