Quiet, clean B&B in the middle of Bath. The bed was comfortable and our basement level room had views of a nice little garden.

Excellent in every way. My top-floor room was small but quiet, very cozy, and not at all over-priced. It's a lovely building, in a lovely neighborhood. Breakfast was absolutely superb, too. I can't wait to return to Bath.

Loved our stay. Perfect location, decent rooms but the customer service in particular made our stay very special.

Really nice place to stay. Just a walk away from the centre of Bath and all the places one wants to go to. Nice breakfast and lovely staff. Only downside are that the rooms are on the smaller side and that there are lots of stairs. But who really cares when the there are so many great things about the place.
