Booked a table for 8.15. Was on time, waited to get seated for 10 mins, got seated and asked if we wanted water. Waiter disappeared, we were still sitting for our water at 9pm, not even seen the menu or had a drink so just walked out. Place is a joke! Doubt they even noticed we walked out the door! Doesn't even deserve 1 star!

I ordered a well done and it came back rare to well done , it was over rated And over priced for what we were served . Staff ironing tablecloths in front of customers , our waiter showed off a love bite also ! It was a bad experience to spend a first valentines with my partner . "POOR SHOW"

Superb steak and lobster house. While some of the meals can seem a tad pricey, I ordered what amounted to the most inexpensive beef dish in the menu and still was treated to a succulent feast and pampered with complimentaries!

Considering the cost (+/-£58/head, total £230 for 4) for 4 drinks, 1 bottle wine, 4 starters & mains, 2 desserts & 2 coffees I would have at least expected to be asked if the food was good? I seems the waiting staff are all part time students wuith no real training & no (apparent) Maitre'D. Whilst the steaks were excellent, for me it was spoiled by the addition of an obscure "sweetish" sauce which was not asked for. Could & should do much better at these prices. Normally I would have made more of an issue of this but not in front of my client & his wife.

Had a birthday meal there recently and i can safely say it was the best meal i've ever had! The steak was out of this world, can't wait til myy next bday!
