ordered a mixed calazone with both sauces, onions and peppers (with special instruction to not deliver if it does not have both sauces, onions and peppers in the calazone) as to be honest it tastes 500% better with these and we have had it given to us wrong without the sauces added 3x in the past, low and behold no sauces again! on phoning i got told there was sauces in it, i then got annoyed as i was being called a liar and was also told that the manager didnt know how to prove this, my reply was i will f""$%%££$%$g prove it i will take the thing with no sauces to you. on arrival they checked and i was right, very oppologetic but sorry that didnt wear after the same issue had happened 4 times now, i was called a liar on the phone and even when i payed for delivery i had to take the wrong meal back and wait 20mins for a replacement. a regular customer lost because i expect to eat what i order not what they want to send!

Very helpful, and very good at sorting out mistakes. Food is always hot. Kebabs are very tasty, and always full of meat and salad. Meat is cooked well. Onions bahjis are really good too.

Lovely food, the kebabs are very delicious! Very friendly owner and staff, would definitely recommend to anyone wanting good priced delicious food!

Just went there yesterday and the foods were great. Great spices and great meat. The taste of the food is strong enough and well-cooked for my likings. They also provide delivery service, they also have dessert, and other various menus. I will certainly recommend Qismat to other friends. The service is also good, they finished my order in less than 10 minutes I guess. The owner is kind and helpful. The only thing I regret about this takeout place is that I didnt go here any sooner.

Qismat 2 has quickly become our local takeaway, even though it's a fair drive from our home. Why? Simply because they can't be beaten, no where else offers food made to such a high standard, reasonable prices and customer service that goes above and beyond.
If you're not sure what to order or have questions just ask, if you fancy something that's not on the menu then ask. I've never found another takeaway that will do their very best to make sure the customer gets what they want, with the minimum of fuss and maximum flavour.
