Absolutely awful, please read the reviews on Google and TripAdvisor! Food was appalling and always cold (not just lukewarm, stone cold), hotel is always overbooked (we had to downgrade for one night due to this, other families had to be shipped out to other hotels, not always together!!), staff don't speak English and most were extremely rude, particularly the restaurant manager. Rooms are okay but housekeeping is very poor. The dark haired photographer is one of the rudest men I've ever met - proper shouting at us for wasting his time as we wanted to spend 'only' 50€ on the photos he took of us (ended up walking away with none.....that guy really needs to work on his customer service). Human and duck excrement in pool (ducks swimming in it daily), broken vents around the pools causing a trip hazard. Animation team don't speak English but only saw them once anyway. Don't waste your hard earned money on this place, could be a lovely hotel but the staff, food and lack of investment really let it down.

Service was very poor, the room we stayed in was very basic and housekeeping was absolutely appalling! My ceiling was leaking after complaining twice no one bothered to come and repair it. The only upside was the pool and the slides where the kids spent most of their time and enjoyed. I would never go back Their and would recommend no one to visit this hotel.

We had a family reunion & decided to meet in a 5 star hotel & chose Grand Prestige as it was advertised, 5 star!!! I was very disappointed in all aspects of the hotel & it started from registration, which they were not ready & had overbooked!! The only good thing about the food was the fresh fruit & vegetable & breads, the entrees were disastrous. The hotel should not be rated 5 only 1 is good enough. Management with limited English, promised many things that were never delivered. My family will never stay at Prestige & we will not recommend it.

I would never stay at this hotel again; the accommodation was bad, the food was uneatable and the cleanness was poor. Please read my review before you book it.

Accommodation
I was among a group of 25 people which booked 12 rooms for 9 days in July 2017; the booking was two and half months before our arrival. Our intention was a family reunion; we came from different parts of the world (Sweden, California, Texas, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Tehran and Khoram abad).

I was from Sweden and was among the first group that arrived 1pm with 7 rooms booked. The hotel was overbooked so the desk manager tried to split us up. She wanted to accommodate us in different hotels at different part of the city even though we had already mentioned in our group booking that we wanted to stay at the same hotel, same floor and very close to each other. Among us there were two families with small children which needed help from the rest of us. After five hours of arguing with the desk manager since she was insisting on splitting up the group we managed to get rooms but on different floors and different part of the hotel. After all of that we mentioned several times the arrival time of the other groups and the desk manager promised to make it up to them. But the hotel was always overbooked so four people from our group couldn’t get any rooms two of the night and were forced to share a single bed with the rest of us.

Food
Breakfast was moderately eatable and every guest had to stay in line at least for 40 minutes for two fried eggs. Lunch and dinner were uneatable since every meal was leftovers of previous meal, mixed with something new and served as a new dish. Every day we had to find somewhere out of the hotel for lunch and dinner which cost us very much.

Cleanliness
The color of bathtub in every bathroom was covered in dirt which was disgusting to take a shower in. When I asked the cleaning personal to clean my bathtub she said that it was not a part of their job.

Respond to complain
Two days before check out we explained to the hotel manager our experience we faced during our stay at the hotel. We mentioned that the hotel was overbooked, the food was not eatable and the rooms were dirty. The very scaring answer was that the management of hotel was very well aware of all of these problems and do not care to improve it because 90% of guests at GRAND PRESTIGE HOTEL in Antalya are from Russia and they don’t care about those things. Which I think is humiliating the Russians. As I wrote in the begging I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
