Perfect animation. Workers all very welcoming. Work hard in the heat despite some nasty guests. Always happy and know how to make your stay enjoyable. Been here 3 times and would recommend it to anyone !

This place is amazing. I'm typing this as I'm sat in the bar. The staff are absolutely fantastic and really go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic time. I never wanted to visit Turkey but I'm so glad I decided to come here as it's fantastic. There's so much to do both for kids and adults alike. I'm already looking at coming back in October as hopefully it will be cooler as it's very hot at the moment. I'd definitely recommend this hotel. Thanks Pegasos for making my holiday awesome.

Staff are very attentive. Cleaners both inside the building and around the grounds work exceptionally hard to maintain very high standards and this is shown all over the resort. Reception staff are polite helpful. Waiters are quick, friendly and always have a smile for you. The bar staff remember you and what you drink usually having it brought to your table as soon as you have sat down. The entertainment team work well together to provide poolside games during the day and shows every night. Every customer is treated with utmost respect and every single member of staff ensures your holiday is perfection. You do have to get up very early to be able to sit in a good spot around the pool however the poolside attendants try their best to help you find unused beds.

Nice resort with all the facilities you will need. Very helpful when me and my daughter took I'll. Food is edible but not great. Very big resort so busy also. Rooms clean but basic. I would recommend if you are trying to get a nice holiday on a tight budget. In reality is say it's a 3 star hotel but lots to do for the kids. Thomson kids club staff also very helpful
