Good food but you need to get everything by your self even forks and water and juice is extra too, you can get unhealthy and awful cirop,
rooms are ok but bar contains water only and illumination didnt work properly room was too dark,
worst service ever, actually it doesn't exist,
wifi is extra, the free wifi in the loby is useless,
corridor is stinky and dirty,
crew have no idea how to be polite.

Beach is not finished yet (i think), staff is very tired and not happy to serve always, foods are fine and enough, hotel is ok, building still nice and pools, water is probleme with higher levels sometimes and not clear always. Its not 5 stars hotel, maybe 4 in türkish, but not bad! The drinks are low levels , exept beer.

This places is OK if you are into an entertainment-based and noisy vacation. The building and the rooms are nice. However, if you want to swim in the sea, you'll have to walk a few hundred meters. The food is tolerable for the most part, but dispensing instant coffee from the coffee machine with a whole bunch of buttons for different coffees was disappointing. Whether you want espresso or cappuccino, you get the same instant coffee with a well-known brand. A wine dispenser at the dining hall has two spigots, one for red wine, one for white wine. It was quite horrendous, however, to get apple vinegar thinned with water passed as white wine. This may not be a big deal for some but it is actually quite a disrespect for the customer with certain expectations. Likewise, what they serve as juice is some sweet and flavored drink, which doesn't go well in a place like this. It is also a shame to charge 1.5 euro for a freshly made glass of orange juice in an area where citrus fruit is grown and exported to other countries. All in all, this place is acceptable for the most part, but they have to make a few improvements.
