We came back yesterday after spending 7 days at this hotel all I can say is this hotel is AMAZING. Can't understand why there is so many bad reviews for this hotel. The staff from reception down to cleaners are so friendly, our check in was quick and our bags got taken to our room. Our room was stunning it was clean and well decorated and not in any need to be updated as some reviews suggest. They had a mini fridge with soft drinks at no extra charge and little extras around the room and bathroom. It has Stunning grounds. The pool is big the water slides are good my kids loved it. It had free ice cream which wasn't cheap ice cream with loads of different flavours. There was lots of food to choose from, there was never a day we went hungry the waiters gave excellent service and brought our drinks to the table. As for the hotel photographer Ozzy can't speak highly enough of him, he did us some amazing photos which we will treasure forever. Would definitely recommend getting some photos done with him. Can't wait to go back next year.

Lovely rooms, clean and centrally located. Overall an excellent experience. Would definitely recommend. Just one small criticism, as it was the end of season a few of the staff looked a little disinterested. But that's no way a reflection of the rest of the staff.

The entertainment team were dreadful, and there was little interaction between them and guests. Only a few times they came round and asked if we wanted to play vollyball or waterpolo, but that was only once or twice during the week we stayed. However, every day without fail they made sure they went round and sold bingo tickets, so if your into that then that's great but it isn't exactly family entertainment. Apart from that the hotel is very nice, only had to move rooms once due to the noise from the main road that runs parallel to one of the sides of the hotel. Food was good but got slightly repetitive, although very tasty and made fresh. Cannot fault the staff at all; friendly and happy, just the entertainment team needs adjustments to cater for older children and teenagers. Would recommend this hotel, especially due to the short walk to the beech, less than 100 steps to the beech from the drinks bar!

Location is major plus point for this hotel,shops near the front entrance and back entrance right at the shores of beach. Rooms are quite big and comfortable with daily cleaning service and mini fridge topups. Food and drinks were unlimited and were of good quality,loved the cocktails. The spa was excellent and pool was clean
