These guys threatened to beat my partner on our holiday!
I was in Turkey about three years ago and had a terrible experience with Elite car hire.
We rented a four wheel drive vehicle (only the back wheel drive worked) and we went into the countryside with it.
We assumed that off road vehicles were for off road but we were wrong.
We got the car stuck and needed to be towed by the rental company.
When they arrived, two full car loads of staff from Elite came to us (Obviously for intimidation)
They then threatened to beat my partner, but said “they let him off as he was with a women”
They lied and said that we had scraped the car even though it was years old and covered in scrapes!
They then extorded £200 sterling from my card.
