We been there wonderful hotel prefect rooms but very poorly customer service,we called for water the phone has been hang-up by receptionist for 3 times, rooms are not cleaning very well, we asked for baby change room sraff haven't got any idea, food wise bad as well if they change staff will be good hotel a part of from securty whic was very friendly girl and aysegul from spa center.

Stylish and spacious hotel. Good bars and friendly staff. The food is good but the meat selection could have been better (I went there with Rsd travel). Large outdoor pools and large rooms with a big flat-screen TV. Also available are a cake-bar, fitness and sauna.

It's more like a 10 star. Brilliant most comfortable stay. Wonderful staff. Exquisite rooms. Just beautiful.
