Awful hotel, all services was very bad, when we received no one was there for carried our suitcase, behavior's reception was very very bad and didn't answer our question, all services was very bad say you true there wasn't any service, bathroom was awfully and didn't water for drink, security was very low and stolen our money

the hotel is clean, quiet and lovely. I had a good feeling about the hotel and price I paid.
the location of hotel is not in good zone and if you want you walk around the hotel it's not good. the hotel have a mini bus who go to Taksim square every half hour.
the breakfast and lunch was good. I think it's good if you are young and want to manage your budget.

This was my worst hotel experience at Istanbul!.We got our room late at 3:30 and it was dirty !, the room services came back and cleaned it but still was not clean enough!. For the breakfast, it was poor and tasteless. At last but not least, the location is terrible! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

it is not a 4 start hotel. People dont speak english, bad service, awful restaurant

Room is very nice but kind of dim at night. Breakfast is okay, nothing special but gets the job done. 4 stars because we checked in at night but couldn't get WiFi access until the next morning because they need to register our passport numbers before we get access which I find very strange.
