Amazing hotel! Everything is posh and luxury , the entrance, the spa, the swimming pool... friendly staff, and we will not forget Aziz the valet , he was very friendly and helpful all the time! I was very surprised that on my birthday they left into my room a piece of cake with a candle , chocolate and fruits , wishing me Happy birthday! The location is good, shops around, Taksim shoping center , and the deal price that we got was perfect for all this services! They come and clean your room everyday ! We stay there 4 days ! We love istanbul and we are looking forward to come back again and definitely in this hotel!

Great hotel. The breakfast is really good. The pool is great. Rooms are clean. Make sure you get a room in higher floors; not only because of the city view, but also to avoid nearby club’s distactions at night.

you leave the room immediately or we will call the security ... with a very disrespectful way and a very bad education that was the phrase I heard when i picked the phone up at 00:40 am while i was leaving the room the day 15/8/2017 after we paid for a full wedding this same day. Bad treatment from the hotel staff, I expected a more respectful treatment from the "5 star hotel". I advice every single person reading this to not go to this hotel even for free.

Location is Good, but the area it self is bad. breakfast is very bad. Rooms is tiny and AC does not cool properly.
