Nice Hotel with friendly stuff. Good food at the Restaurant on the top of the hotel. You also can find many good restaurants nearby the hotel.

I was booked into Tugcan Hotel without my consent, but I do not regret, at all. It is a pleasant place. Friendly staff, hospitable environment and, most important of all, delicious food.

It is not 5* according to EU standards. Very kind staff, which is much more important than 'stars'.

Great location, spacious and very clean rooms (vip floors), very comfortable beds, open terrace is also a restaurant, good breakfast, very friendly service, would not look for any other hotel when i come back
