Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Housekeeping does not read the door card, they just enters the room. Never vacuum cleaned the rooms. only dry moped the floor and spread dust and hair all over the place. Have cleaned the room myself with wet hotel towel.
Motion sensed lights doesn't works so you walks in dark corridors with lights from your your mobile phone. Leftovers from previous meals get recycled here. Roasted meat and vegs were cooked again in yoghurt saus and served again. Leftover patato were served again as mashed patato. Leftover meatballs were served as stuffed samosas. Kitchen managers just standing over and checking what your taking and as soon the leftovers are gone he let serve fresh dishes. Expensive food like olive got served at breakfast but not at lunch and dinner time to save it for next morning. Same with fresh fruits.
One of my travel companions got food poisoning and vomiting blood. Other got diareha after have eating recycled food here at diamond of Bodrum.
If your health and your holiday is value to you, please spend it somewhere else, because this hotel is dying and takes every measure to keep their doors open for new guests.
We just stayed 10 days in september 2017 here, but to avoid food poisoning again we have eaten outdoor. One of the reason why people keep coming here is that it's close to Bodrum beach and city with the famous nightclub halikarnas, wich is closed and the building is all ready half demolished. The catamaran club (boat) is the only left club on water in bodrum. Enjoy your holidays.

This hotel in the range of 3-4 star.
The rooms should be more modern and the "beach" should be larger in order to gain 5* rating in a tourist place.
The food is good with good veriety.
The staff is friendly (beside the turkish bath area, they just want to rip you of) but pretty uneducated in restaurant/service work area.
The price they request is not reasonable.

This is not 5 stars hotel. This is 2.5 stars hotel trying so hard to appear to be 5 stars hotel. Dinner buffet is awful. Water in bathroom is yellowish. At least.... we get some good view from the hotel.

The hotel hans been adding buildings over the years, but the facilities did not keep up with it. Swimming pool too small. Dinner buffet not very impressive.
