Great service. We hired a car for 2 weeks from Proper. Met at the airport - there was a slight delay as the incoming people were late, but no matter. Delivered back to the airport/met there on time. During the trip I trashed the back windscreen - 100% my fault. They came to our apartment with a new car, took the damaged one- I had to pay for the windscreen- DOH! i hadn't insured it! but it was reasonable cost. Can't fault them-- I was impressed, and will use again
