We went there today in the morning for breakfast. There was 7-8 customers in the smoking area. So we went upstairs to be far in non smoking area. While we were sitting the waiter with a rude manner shouted that the above section is closed and they do not provide services here. He asked how many people we are and I said two. While explaining that we do not smoke and we have allergy he returned back to the smoking area and showed that we can sit there. We explained the situation again but he did not care at all. Absolutely zero customer service. Also have the same bad experience in Kadikoy branch in istanbul. Don't waste your time and money here. There are bunch of other good kahvalti places nearby. Cheers.

No bad surprises with the service, as you read in the menu. Value for the money. Has Cleanest WCs around for the clients only.

Nice environment but if you are too hungry the plate they bring you is big but the amount is not efficient. Price/benefit ratio is not good.

You can always trust Leman Kultur cafés. No surprises! They definetly follow a standard all around the Turkey. Tasty, cozy, funny and fast + reasonable prices.
