Beautiful resort in lush garden setting and great swimming pools. We had a great hotel room with a big balcony. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic hotel with three great swimming pools. A nice quiet beachfront, but with no swimming.
The staff and great and always trying to help and make your stay more enjoyable.

The staff are more than great, really helpful but unfortunately I faced many problems with the room - the bathroom door had to be opened as it was broken and wasn't moving, I arrived late to the hotel and wanted a goodnights sleep but the bathroom issue meant that no one is able to use the toilet comfortably - they said they'll be able to fix it and I agreed, they came to check it and at 1am said they can not fix it today and need another day and they did not have any solution for me as it was the last room with two Queen beds. They were able to offer me a room to use the toilet but was two floors apart so not really convenient and did not use it.
Other than that the hotel was good.

The room is very spacious and clean. The bed and pillows are really comfortable. Very beautiful nature around the pools and the rooms. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good, it has variety and everything is delicious. I would only say the air conditioner could be improved, it seems to be a little old, it makes some noise and doesn't work as I wished.

Nice Resort that needs a renovation. The Resort is nice, staff is excellent and ever so friendly. Although the rooms are in good condition, they need renovating to a new a more fresh design. Food is great although expensive, but that is expected in a 5 star resort. The seafood buffet is highly recommended and worth the money.
