Absolutely loved our stay at Sheraton Samui. Great service. Very friendly staff. Location is great too. The beach on the property is excellent as well.

Wonderful. As platinum mambers we were upgraded to one bedroom suite. Our room and view were absolutly amazing.
The hotel is located a bit far from the chaweng center (great if you are looking for a quiter place), but still close enough if you want to visit. Also, the hotel provides cheap shuttles. Breakfast is good, but we had better in other resorts.

Forget everything you know about Sheraton. This is one of the loveliest hotels I've stayed in Thailand so far.
The staff are amazing, the cleaning services are non stop, taking care of every need you might have.
The kids club is sweet and our kids spent there 2-3 hours a day easy.
On the street you will find sweet great Thai restaurants, don't miss out on the charming Resturant.
The hotel is ideally located on the beautiful chaweng noi beach. The pool is designed to look like a beach.
The facilities are well maintained and everything is spotless.
If you don't like climbing steps though it's something to consider.

Fantastic location, away from all of the hustle of Chaweng, but still close if you want to venture up that way. On a beautiful beach -- nice pool overlooking the beach and great staff. We stayed at both the Le Meridien and Sheraton on this trip -- the Sheraton is a better location with beach access.
